Navigating a world that isn’t always built with your brain in mind can be exhausting. Whether you're autistic, ADHD, or identify as neurodivergent in another way, you're not 'broken'—you’re wired differently, and that difference matters. I offer a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or translate your experience. Together, we’ll work to understand your unique way of thinking and being, and find strategies that honor who you are—not who others expect you to be. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that neurodiversity is something to be supported, not 'fixed.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating neurodivergence, complex trauma and BPD. My approach is strengths based, trauma informed and tailored to your needs. I blend evidence based practices like DBT, somatic experiencing, IFS, EMDR, and art with deep empathy and curiosity. In our work together, I may incorporate fiber arts—like knitting, crochet, or cross stitch—as a therapeutic tool. Engaging in these tactile, rhythmic practices can be deeply regulating for the nervous system, offering a calming anchor during sessions or between them. For many neurodivergent folks, fiber arts provide a way to express emotions, process experiences, and connect with the present moment without needing to rely solely on words. You don’t need to be ‘artistic’ to benefit—just open to exploring new ways of being in your body and your mind.
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive space where you’re free to bring your full self – no judgement, just curiosity and care. We’ll move at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and work collaboratively toward meaningful, sustainable change.
If you’re ready to start feeling more like yourself again – or even just curious about what therapy could look like – I invite you to reach out. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.
